Through his many years in the business, Peterson has strong working relationships with architects and engineers, electricians and plumbers, and all the other construction trade partners, as well as the many building inspectors in the town offices in which he works. He provides careful and timely coordination of every phase of construction, leading to the high level of quality in every finished product.
Peterson believes in personal supervision. He works directly with the owner and directly with the trade partners. He's on site almost daily and approves all work personally for consistent results.
The personal attention and trade relationships also allow for flexibility, and on site changes. "I encourage the customer to have what they want," insists Peterson. "Visualization from plans is difficult for most people," he observes. "I enjoy walking the customer through the whole job, right from the start. Frequent walk-throughs create the opportunity to help them envision how things are going to look."
